Do I have to change my phone number?+

No. You keep your number. We turn on call forwarding so your phone rings first; if nobody answers in about 20 seconds, the call rolls to your Higspin AI receptionist.

What happens if a caller hangs up before the AI picks up?+

If your business number is hosted with Higspin, the AI calls them back within about a minute and books the job. With carrier forwarding only, calls that hang up before forwarding are not visible to us — we'll walk you through both options on setup.

How do I see and change bookings?+
